Gemeinsam die Mitbestimmung in der CSO aufbauen.
Mitte November 2019 hat der Aufsichtsrat der AUDI AG und der VW AG die Gründung einer neuen Gesellschaft beschlossen. Die sogenannte Car Software Org (CSO) soll Entwicklungsaufgaben innerhalb des Konzerns bündeln und perspektivisch als eigenständige "Software Marke" auch für den externen Markt tätig werden.
Während das Unternehmen dies bereits mit hohem Druck vorantreibt, sind die Arbeitsbedingungen für uns, also die Beschäftigten noch in weiten Teilen unklar. Damit hier nicht über unsere Köpfe hinweg entschieden wird, braucht es eine starke, selbstbewusste und mit einer Stimme sprechende Belegschaft.
Diese wollen wir gemeinsam mit jeder Kollegin und jedem Kollegen bilden. Hierzu haben sich bereits Roman, Christian L., Christian W., Ina, Gabi, Stefan und Gerhard gefunden. Welche von Anfang an als AnsprechpartnerInnen bereitstehen und zusammen mit euch diese starke, selbstbewusste Gemeinschaft aufbauen wollen.
Das geht natürlich nicht nur zu siebt 🙂 Je mehr wir sind, desto mehr können wir bei Verhandlungen mitreden und (MIT-)BESTIMMEN!

Together building the codetermination/employee participation
In mid-November 2019, the Supervisory Board of AUDI AG and VW AG approved the formation of a proprietary software development company: “Car. Software Org.”
While its implementation is being promoted with momentum and insistence on the corporate side, our working conditions are widely unclear. To make sure these will not be determined without the employees, there is the need of a strong, confident and with one voice speaking employee participation.
This is what we would like to establish with every one of you. Roman, Christian L., Christian W., Ina, Gabi, Stefan and Gerhard, we already started the process. We are your CSO contact for all employee participation matters. We are motivated, happy and glad to have the opportunity to build up a strong confident employee participation.
Of course this can´t be done with only seven 🙂 The more we are, the more we will be able to negotiate and to (CO-)DETERMINE.
